Monsters Inc.

Halloween nails are my favorite. They can be so different. Things you would never do for a regular mani...
I'm also a big fan of Halloween colors like purple, orange, and black and this is the perfect excuse to use them all together!

This mani was inspired by a picture I found on helloadorable of Halloween decorations.

Here is the mani:

And here is the inspiration:

Background was OPI in Take the Stage
All shadows used Milani in Black Magic
it was the perfect black for this because it is truly opaque but still very thin and easy to manipulate.
The only tools I used were a striping brush and 2 dotting tools (which made 4 different sized dots)

Now I will spam you with more pictures :)
Right hand!

Right thumb!
Left thumb!

Many-eyed creature

Until next time ^_^

Cherry Blossoms

Another mani done for my friend :)
She wanted cherry blossom this time
It was very easy. All you need is a striping brush and a dotting tool.
We used For Audrey as the background... because For Audrey makes everything pretty :D

Until next time ^_^

"Lace" Pastels Skittle nails

sorry for not posting in such a long time.
Free time has been lacking for a while...
Until things settle down (AKA when I am done with graduate school...) my posts might be more sporadic and  shorter but I will try and continue posting up my nail creations.

Choose base colors
Add diagonal french of a slightly darker shade. You could also do a different finish- matte, glitter, shimmer....

Using white liner brush, paint dividing line. then add semi-circles using a small dotter or paint pen.
