If you have ever seen Charla for yourself, than you know that this picture does not do it justice. It is simply amazing. A foiley blue base with green micro glitter creates polish perfection.
Ibiza, though not as fancy, is a remarkable navy creme.

I've seen other pictures of "Charla" and people have compared "Charla" to Orly's "Halleys Comet". I have "Halleys Comet" and it is one of my all time favorite colors!~

hey Rosey, I think Charla is Zoya's best color, I cant get enough of it. Its so amazing. If buying online isnt your cup of tea though, there are some dupes Ive heard of such as Orly's Haley's comet, OPI catch me in your net, and even Essence choose me!
